Red and Green Practice is the largest practice in the area, serving over 23,000 patients.

Below is a brief, though not exhaustive list of our absolute commitments to you:　

　

• to encourage you, our patient, to lead a healthier lifestyle 　

• to give you a personal, caring service 　

• to treat all patients equally and with friendship and courtesy 　

• to provide this service with efficiency and reliability 　

• to answer telephone calls as soon as possible 　

• to deal with any urgent medical problem 　the same day　

• that you should never have to call more than once to arrange your appointment　

• to be your advocates though the health care system　

• to offer a choice of routine appointments within 2 working days up to 2 weeks

• to provide a repeat prescription within two working days of a routine request

 

We have a large number of both male and female doctors with a wide range of medical interests. Many of our doctors are members of the Royal College of General Practitioners, and several are trainers of tomorrow’s GP’s.
