Blood Pressure Readings

Your GP will sometimes ask you to provide blood pressure readings on a regular basis without making a GP appointment.  Some people may use a home blood pressure monitor to do this, but for those patients without this, there is a blood pressure machine in the corner of the waiting room in the surgery.

The machine is similar to the one shown in the picture and full instructions are provided next to the machine.  Once you have taken your blood pressure fill in the form that is available and post it in the box so your records may be updated.
