Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) - use of patient data for medical research
Red and Green Practice has agreed to supply de-identified patient data to the CPRD.
Patient ‘opt outs’
To comply with regulatory requirements, we are notifying patients that the Practice is signed up to CPRD with the intention of contributing anonymous patient data to help with medical research. However it is possible for individual patients to opt out and they should do so by writing to the IM&T Manager at the Practice.
