Travel Clinic

 

We offer a comprehensive Travel Health Service Waterside Health Centre for our NHS registered patients.

 

Our Nurses can advise on all aspects of travel health and administer vaccinations as necessary.

To book an appointment, please contact either Health Centre and speak to Reception Staff.

 

Ideally, you should book your appointment at least 6-8 weeks before your journey, as some vaccinations consist of a course of 2-3 vaccines, to give you the necessary immunity.

 

Before your appointment, please fill in a Travel Risk Assessment Form which you can pick up from Reception or is available to download here: Travel Risk Assessment Form

This should be handed in as soon as possible to allow us to assess your requirements before you come for your appointment and give us time to organise any vaccination paperwork that the Nurse may need.

 

Travel consultations are 20 minutes per person to allow time to include discussion, vaccinations and complete all documentation.
