If you have a home BP machine and have not informed us of your reading recently please let us know. You can submit your reading online using the form below.

Submitting a reading from the machine in the surgery

If you do not have a home BP machine and have not had your blood pressure checked in the last year why not use the blood pressure machine in the surgery It's quick, it's easy, it's free and better still, no appointment necessary.

 

As long as our doors are open the BP machine will be available (excluding Saturday Flu Clinics).
