Childhood Immunisations
 

The following Vaccinations are STRONGLY recommended. Please discuss them with your Doctor or Health Visitor.

At 2 months old - 1st 5-in-1 (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertusis/Polio/Hib) (Pediacel or InfanrixIPVHib)
                               1st Pneumonia vaccination (Prevenar)
                               1st Rotavirus vaccination (Rotarix)
                               1st Meningitis B (Bexsero)


At 3 months old - 2nd 5-in-1 (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertusis/Polio/Hib) (Pediacel or InfanrixIPVHib)
                               1st Meningitis C vaccination (NeisVac-C or Menjugate)
                               2nd Rotavirus vaccination (Rotarix)

At 4 months old - 3rd 5-in-1 (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertusis/Polio/Hib) (Pediacel or InfanrixIPVHib)
                               2nd Pneumonia vaccination (Prevenar)
                               2nd Meningitis B (Bexsero)

Between 12-13 months - Hib/Meningitis C (Menitorix)
                                           3rd Pneumonia vaccination (Prevenar)
                                           1st Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) ( Priorix or MMRVaxPRO)
                                           Meningitis B booster (Bexsero)

At 3 years and 4 months - 'Pre-school booster' Diptheria/Tetanus/Pertussis/Polio (Repevax or InfanixIPV)
                                              2nd Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) ( Priorix or MMRVaxPRO)

Girls aged 12-13 yrs old - Human Papilloma Virus vaccination to protect against cervical cancer                                             (Gardasil). Two doses given by school nurses during Year 8

At around aged 14 yrs old - Tetanus/Diphtheria/Polio (Revaxis)
                                                Meningitis A,C,W and Y (MenACWY)
