EMIS Patient Access lets you use the online services of The Red and Green Practice. This includes arranging appointments, repeat medication, medical record and updating your details.
How to sign up for EMIS Patient Access (over 16s only)
To register for EMIS Patient Access you must download the form below and return the completed form in person to Reception. ID must be shown. Please refer to the form for full details of acceptable ID and staff availability.

If Patient Access is not suitable for your circumstances we recommend speaking to your pharmacist to allow them to take over the routine ordering of your medication.

Proxy Access

I'm still not sure about how to use 'Patient Access' where can I get help?
Start by contacting the Practice PPG and it may be possible to meet with someone who would be able to guide you through the process of using Patient Access.
There are also a number of different services for people who need internet training such as UK online centres. Others are provided by local authorities, colleges and charities. One place to start would be your local library.
